Accessing Your Web Host Manager:

UnSecure Entry: Before your domain name is live on our servers: http://yourIPaddress:2086 Once your domain name is live on our servers: http://yourdomain.com:2086 Secure Entry: Before your domain name is live on our servers: https://yourIPaddress:2087 Once your domain name is live on our servers: https://yourdomain.com:2087 The username and password to enter your Web Host Manager is the same as those you use to access the Control Panel for your account. To view a summary of each feature that is inside your WebHost Manager, return to the Reseller Management Area and click on the link labled Web Host Manager.

Lost Passwords:

We are not able to recover lost or forgotten passwords because our systems are closed systems therefore passwords are not recoverable. If you have lost or forgotten the password to access your account you will need to submit a Technical Support Request form and provide us with a new password for your account and we will change it. If any of your clients have lost or forgotten their passwords, you can access your WebHost Manager and change these for your clients.
